A legal disclaimer
1. Any discount offered on a wedding ceremony is discounted from the basic price, which includes the following:
At least one face-to-face meeting to discuss your needs, complete legal paperwork and the creation of your ceremony; An on-site rehearsal before the ceremony if required (excluding "The Quickie"); Sound equipment for the ceremony; A presentation wedding certificate; A ceremony booklet ("Long & Lavish ONLY); Prompt submission of all legal paperwork with the relevant authorities and public liability insurance.
DISCOUNTS DO NOT INCLUDE: Excessive travel, special ceremony needs, additional hire charges, third-party fees and charges or on "The Quickie" wedding ceremony.
2. In the event of a pandemic lockdown or other major events, your ceremony will be postponed until such times as we are able to undertake it. There will be NO extra charge for re-booking, nor a fee for a replacement NOIM (if needed), nor a fee increase if delayed for more than 12 months due to a pandemic event.
3. If I am unable to officiate your ceremony due to a sudden illness or an accident, I will endeavor to arrange a replacement celebrant.
4. Your ceremony will only be confirmed on receipt of the non-refundable booking fee. The balance of payments must be made NO LATER than 3 weeks prior to the ceremony. Failure to pay the balance will result in the termination of our agreement and the forfeit of any monies paid.
