Whether it’s a “Quickie” with five people, a "Small & Sweet" with around 20 people, or a "Long & Lavish" formal elaborate affair with almost everyone you've ever known, I provide the same highly personal service.
Your ceremony could be in a large or small venue, on a beach, on top of Mt Dandenong with Melbourne in the background, or around the kitchen table. Whatever you need I can help you create a unique ceremony for your special day.
The secret is to make your unique story shine. A ceremony that celebrates the two of you joining your lives. You may prefer a simple, intimate gathering, or special rituals with personal meaning. As an ordained minister I can provide the gravitas that sets the mood for the occasion. Let your wedding or commitment ceremony reflect not only who you are as a couple, but shine as the memory of a lifetime.
So how does it work?
There are a number of specialised services wedding add-ons that are NOT covered, these are: "Shortening of time", "Death Bed Weddings" and "Immigration weddings". All of which involve quite a bit of extra work and legal paperwork. I'm happy to guide you through the various processes.
However, in most cases, it's just a few simple steps.
Step 1. There are a few different packages, just pick the one that sounds like the ideal ceremony for you and click on the "Tell me more" button below that package.
Step 2. If you like what you have seen so far, click on the "I want to get married - Let's chat" button, This is where we learn a little about each other. If I'm available on the date of your wedding, we can work out a good time and date for our first chat. So far there is no cost involved and you and your partner get a free coffee.
Step 3. This would be the first meeting where we plan your wedding, renewal of vows or commitment ceremony, (commitment ceremonies are devoid of any legalities and ideal for those in relationships that are not covered by the marriage act (such as polyamorous) or for people who just prefer not to get married). We will chat about what you’ve got in mind, in terms of date, time, where, style of ceremony, words you'd like to say, music, and so on. If you're happy to go ahead, we can start filling out the legal paperwork over that cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
Step 4. This is where I create with you and conduct your ceremony. I’ll write, with your input, a number of drafts and then on the day, deliver a terrific ceremony. You get to profess your love to each other in a wedding or commitment environment. Long and Lavish? Short & Sweet? or maybe Just a Quickie? Your choice!
Step 5. As a bonus I'm giving away to each couple after the wedding, an "Easy Name Change" gift card (valued at around $40.00) to help you streamline your change of name after you have got married. It's just my way for trying to make life a little easier for you.
